traffic noise

poor management

the view from my Clipper B&B was amazing, but how could I relax with traffic noise instead of ocean waves? and after requesting breakfast 10 days in advance—nothing was done. also, I do believe a complimentary welcome gift would have been appropriate for my troubles. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

Amazing views and comfy stay!

The breaky was way too big to finish on the first day, so we got smart and ordered less the next day. The decor feels fresh and cozy. Close to great dining and scenic walks like the Mangawhai Cliff Trail. Just wished it was a bit easier to walk to the beach.
